The 2.5 oz burns for approximately 15 hours. The 8 oz for 40 hours. The 12 oz for 60 hours.

Keep the candle lit until the entire surface melts edge to edge. This takes roughly three hours and prevents tunneling for the life of the candle. Do not blow it out early.

The most likely cause is an incomplete first burn. If the melt pool did not reach the edges on the first light, fragrance release will be limited going forward. Trim your wick to 6mm before each burn and allow a full melt pool on the next light.

A negligible, ultra-refined food-grade amount is used to help the fragrance bind and release evenly through the full life of the candle. It is non-toxic, paraben-free, and categorically different from the petroleum paraffin used in mass-market candles.

Yes. All fragrance oils are phthalate-free and skin-safe with no synthetic additives that affect air quality.

Yes. Once the candle is finished, place the jar in warm water to loosen any remaining wax, wipe it clean, and it is yours to keep.

Trim to 6mm before every burn after the first, using a wick trimmer or scissors. A wick that is too long causes a high flame, excess soot, and faster wax consumption.

Burn in a well-ventilated space. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, but as with any open flame and scented product, good airflow is recommended, especially in smaller spaces. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Use a candle snuffer. Do not use water. Make sure the wax pool is clear of debris before relighting.

Stop burning when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom. Burning past this point is a safety risk and will not improve the scent.

Unlit candles in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Discovery pouches and gift sets are final sale.
